Warehouse Kitting & Materials Flow Coordinator

Can you keep materials moving with accuracy and speed? If double-checking part numbers, balancing counts, and staging the right kit at the right time sounds like your kind of challenge, you’ll thrive here. Your impact Own the receiving dock: unload, verify, and label incoming materials against purchase orders and packing lists—finish receipts daily. Make accuracy visible: inspect, count, weigh, or measure items, then receive to the correct location in our computer system. Keep production fed: pick parts and build kits exactly to request. Drive reliability: perform cycle counts and enter approved inventory adjustments. Move with purpose: safely operate forklifts to load/unload and transfer materials. Be the link to local vendors: transport products with a company vehicle, following all safety and company policies. Guard quality: load and unload vendor deliveries while protecting product integrity and confirming accuracy. Adapt and assist: handle additional tasks as assigned. What it takes High School Diploma or GED preferred. 1–3 years in material handling. Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record (required) and ability to operate a company vehicle for local deliveries. Forklift operation capability; experience in manufacturing environments. Comfortable with scales, rulers, and basic math. Computer-literate (Word, Excel); MRP familiarity is a plus. Independent, dependable, safety- and quality-minded, organized, and detail-focused. Strong communicator; labels materials correctly and takes accountability for outcomes.
