What We Offer
• Starting pay of $16.00 per hour.
• Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. — no weekends.
• A 40-hour workweek with a one-hour lunch break.

What You’ll Do
• Clean and maintain the warehouse, offices, restrooms, and break areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and wipe down surfaces as appropriate.
• Empty trash cans and remove cardboard and packing debris.
• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies and report when supplies run low.
• Keep warehouse aisles and work areas clean and free of obstructions.
• Help wrap, cushion, box, and securely pack auto parts for shipping.
• Follow packing instructions and handle merchandise carefully.
• Assist with other general warehouse tasks as needed.

Applicants should be able to:
• Follow a cleaning routine and work independently after training.
• Follow directions and complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Safely use cleaning products and supplies as instructed.
• Stay active throughout the workday, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Lift and move items weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Work respectfully with others and limit personal distractions.
• Arrive on time and reliably commute to our Needville location.
Additional Requirements
• At least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Willing to provide information for a pre-employment background check.
• Follow our drug-free workplace policy.
• Maintain a clean appearance and wear clothing appropriate for cleaning and warehouse work.
Employment Details
This is a full-time, temporary-to-hire position with a 90-day probationary period. The opportunity to transition to permanent employment depends on satisfactory performance, attendance, and meeting job expectations.
Work is performed in person in Needville, TX 77461. The schedule is subject to change based on business needs.
