Warehouse Janitor/Custodian

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Warehouse Janitor/Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment within our facility. This position is mainly responsible for keeping the warehouse floor clean and to empty all trash containers in the warehouse. This is a mid shift job and the hours are from 11am to 3pm Monday through Friday. This position pays $12 hour paid weekly. You must be able to pass drug test and background check. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to adhering to safety protocols while performing cleaning and custodial duties. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of warehouse floors using floor buffers, sweepers, mops, and other cleaning equipment to ensure a spotless environment. Conduct routine custodial tasks including KEEPING WAREHOUSE FLOOR CLEAN, PULLING ALL TRASH IN WAREHOUSE . Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting, and general upkeep to support the overall functionality of the warehouse. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report needs for replenishment or repairs promptly. Follow safety protocols diligently during all custodial activities to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations. Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience in a commercial or industrial setting. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and proper chemical handling safety procedures. Experience operating floor buffers, scrubbers, vacuums, and other cleaning equipment. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Good communication skills with a customer service-oriented approach when interacting with team members or visitors. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
