Warehouse Inventory Tracker

About the Role We’re hiring one Inventory Tracker to support our Gundam Assemble program. You’ll be the person who makes sure our inventory numbers are right. Each week you’ll count product, deliver an accurate inventory update, and keep our client facing inventory portal current. When something doesn’t match, you’ll dig in, figure out why, and document what you find. Responsibilities Complete weekly inventory counts and deliver an accurate inventory update for Gundam Assemble Maintain consistent, up to date inventory in our client facing portal Follow a standardized counting process to prevent double counting or missed items Investigate discrepancies and document findings clearly Report missing, damaged, or extra inventory as found Keep inventory areas organized and records in a clear, consistent format Support additional inventory tracking tasks as needed What We’re Looking For Attention to detail: You notice small differences in product names and quantities Accuracy and consistency: You count carefully and double check discrepancies rather than rushing Honesty and accountability: You report what you actually find, never adjusting numbers to match records Organization: You keep inventory tidy and records easy to follow Basic computer skills: Comfortable with Excel or other spreadsheets, barcode scanners, or inventory management software Problem solving: You investigate and document discrepancies instead of just flagging them as errors Reliability and focus: You work well independently and stay accurate during repetitive tasks Following procedures: You stick to a standardized process every time Requirements Must live locally and have reliable transportation Available 20 to 24 hours per week Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift (up to 50 pounds) boxes for extended periods Nice to Have Prior inventory, warehouse, or retail stock experience Familiarity with Gundam, trading card games, or collectibles Pay: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 24.0 per week Work Location: In person
