Warehouse Inventory Supervisor

What We Need Exol is seeking for a Warehouse Inventory Supervisor to join our Inventory Control team within our Warehouse Operations organization. In this position, you’ll lead and oversee all inventory management and control activities within the warehouse. You’ll manage a team of inventory associates, implement and monitor processes for stock accuracy, cycle counts, physical inventory, slotting alignment, and reconciliation. You’ll ensure inventory data is reliable, up to date, and supports the automated warehouse operations and fulfillment workflows. We support the efficient movement of cases and pallets across industries including consumer packaged goods, food and beverage, wholesale, and retail. What You'll Do Supervise, coach, and develop inventory control associates, including assigning work, coordinating schedules, and supporting team performance. Oversee cycle counts, physical inventories, discrepancy reconciliation, root-cause investigations, and corrective actions. Maintain accurate, current, and auditable inventory records within warehouse management and automated systems. Coordinate with receiving, shipping, slotting, warehouse operations, IT, automation, and finance teams to resolve inventory issues and improve stock movement. Monitor inventory accuracy, shrinkage, aged inventory, and other key performance indicators, presenting findings and driving continuous improvement. Audit inventory locations, labels, bin identifiers, and system records, directing corrective action when physical and system inventory do not align. Establish and enforce inventory control, stock storage, damage control, packaging integrity, safety, security, and quality procedures. What You'll Need Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse inventory control or inventory supervision in a distribution/fulfilment environment. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business operations, or a related field is preferred. Experience with warehouse inventory control, cycle counts, physical inventories, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis in a distribution or fulfillment environment. Demonstrated ability to lead a team, establish priorities, assign work, and coach and develop associates. Working knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory or ERP applications, barcode scanning technologies, and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret inventory reports, identify trends, investigate variances, and implement corrective actions. Experience in a high-volume or highly automated warehouse environment involving robotics, automated storage and retrieval systems, or conveyors is preferred. Our Environment Up to 10% of travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client locations and company HQ. Employees may be required to use a personal credit card for business travel expenses, which are reimbursed based on the program guidelines. This is an in-warehouse role; you’ll spend time on the floor as well as in the office.
