Warehouse Inventory Supervisor
Just Mikes Jerky Co., Inc.Position Summary The Warehouse Inventory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and maintaining accurate inventory levels throughout the facility using inventory control systems, Vista Track, and RF scanning technology. This role supports production by ensuring raw materials, spices, and finished goods are properly tracked, organized, and available when needed. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records through Vista Track and RF scanning systems. Control and manage all inventory transactions, adjustments, and reconciliations. Manage spice inventory for production needs and consumption tracking. Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs. Track, document, and investigate inventory discrepancies. Stage coolers with pallets of raw materials for tempering and production requirements. Coordinate inventory movements to support production schedules. Conduct and assist with physical inventory counts and cycle counts. Perform mock recalls and support product traceability programs when required. Ensure compliance with all food safety, quality, and inventory control procedures. Maintain high standards for product handling, storage, and facility organization. Work closely with production, quality, shipping, and receiving departments to ensure inventory accuracy. Follow up on inventory issues and resolve them in a timely manner. Qualifications Previous inventory control or warehouse supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Experience using inventory management systems, RF scanners, and warehouse software. Forklift certification or the ability to become certified. Strong understanding of inventory control principles and warehouse operations. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet multiple deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday. Ability to safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment. Ability to work in refrigerated and warehouse environments as needed.
