Schedule: This is a part-time position with most work taking place Monday through Thursday between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. We're looking for approximately 20–25 hours per week, but we have some flexibility with the exact days and hours and can work around other work, school, or personal commitments.
No auction or specialized warehouse experience is required. We'll train you. We're mainly looking for reliable, hardworking people who show up on time, have a good attitude, pay attention to detail, and are willing to learn.
What You'll Do
• Unload, sort, and organize incoming inventory
• Move and stage equipment throughout the warehouse
• Take clear photos of items for our online auctions
• Look up and identify unfamiliar equipment when needed
• Enter item information and descriptions into our auction system
• Help decide how items should be grouped and presented for sale
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized
• Help buyers pick up and load purchased equipment
• Answer occasional warehouse phone calls and assist customers
• Jump in and help with other warehouse tasks as needed

Performance Incentives
In addition to your hourly pay, you'll have the opportunity to earn performance-based commission.
The better we organize, photograph, and present our inventory, the better it can perform at auction. Employees who work efficiently, produce quality listings, and help generate strong auction results can earn additional compensation.
Physical Requirements
This is an active warehouse job. You should expect to spend much of your shift standing, walking, lifting, moving, and organizing equipment. Some items can be heavy, so you must be comfortable performing physical work safely.
Our warehouse is not climate-controlled, so you should also be comfortable working in normal Houston warehouse temperatures throughout the year.
