Warehouse & Inventory Specialist

Job Summary: The Warehouse & Inventory Specialist manages incoming products, inventory records, order entry, and shipment fulfillment. This role helps keep products organized and ensures orders are processed accurately and shipped efficiently. Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming products against purchase orders and packing slips. Unload, organize, label, and store inventory appropriately. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform routine counts. Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies. Pick, pack, label, and stage products for customer shipments and internal orders. Enter customer and product orders accurately into inventory or order management systems. Verify quantities, item numbers, pricing, and shipping details before processing orders. Help resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged product issues, and shipping problems. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and stockroom. Coordinate with sales, purchasing, and shipping teams to support accurate, efficient order processing. Follow procedures for inventory control, product handling, and shipping. Perform other related warehouse, inventory, and order-processing duties as needed. Qualifications: Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, order processing, or a related area is preferred. Ability to accurately count, record, and organize inventory. Strong attention to detail when checking products, order information, and shipping details. Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory or order management systems. Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with other teams. Dependable, organized, and able to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to follow safety procedures and handle products carefully. Ability to perform the physical tasks associated with warehouse work, including lifting and moving products as required.
