Warehouse Inventory Specialist

Main Responsibilities: -Performing inventory checks -Tracking and analyzing inventory -Researching inventory overages and shortages - Order additional products and supplies when needed. - Collect data and maintain accurate records of deliveries, including customer signatures and delivery times - Work with the warehouse team to ensure accurate order fulfillment and stock management -Oversee and manage the inventory storage space in the warehouse to ensure there’s enough room to store new product shipments. - Load and unload products from the vehicle and ensure proper handling and storage -Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to end users - Follow established routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries - Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle Requirements: 3-5 years of previous experience in an inventory role Experience with the use of technology for inventory management (scanners, MS Excel, and other data entry tools). Strong verbal and written communication skills Punctuality and Professionalism. Extreme attention to detail is a must. Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a timely manner. Ability to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information. Must be able to physically lift and move workstation equipment. Ability to drive a box truck-size vehicle.
