Warehouse Inventory Specialist

This hands-on role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly - from making sure parts are pulled and delivered to the right department, to helping maintain an accurate and organized inventory system. Responsibilities: - Pull parts from warehouse shelves for use in installations, shipping orders, or customer pickups - Transport parts to the appropriate department: shop, shipping , or front counter for customer loading - Safely lift and handle heavy parts (must be able to lift up to 70 pounds) - Use a handheld scan gun to help maintain accurate inventory counts and track movement - Learn and assist with receiving stock orders - checking them in and adding them to our inventory system - Help keep the warehouse clean, organized and efficient - Work closely with team members in multiple departments to ensure smooth daily operations What We're Looking For: - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to follow processes and accurately track inventory activity - Physically capable of lifting and moving parts up to 70 pounds - Willingness to learn inventory and receiving software (training provided) - Team-oriented mindset, but still able to work efficiently on your own - Able to follow precise instruction and have a strong sense of responsibility, seeing tasks through to completion - Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment Do You Like Knowing Where Everything Goes - and Making Sure It Gets There? - Do you enjoy being hands-on and supporting multiple departments? - Are you dependable, focused, and committed to keeping things organized and moving? - Can you take pride in making sure the right parts are in the right place at the right time?
