Inventory Specialist Party Time Beverages | Austin, TX | Full-Time Bilingual English/Spanish Required Party Time Beverages is a family-owned company specializing in commercial beverage and food service equipment, products, and service. serving the Austin area for more than 30 years. We're looking for an Inventory Specialist to join our team and work closely with our Production Director. This is a hands-on office and inventory position. You'll help keep our production department organized by managing inventory records, processing incoming orders and inventory requests, tracking production information, and making sure the right products and materials are accounted for. We're a family-owned company, and our office reflects that. We work hard and expect people to take ownership of their responsibilities, but we're also a pretty laid-back group. We're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, easy to work with, and comfortable being part of a close-knit team. What You'll Do Monitor and respond to incoming wholesale and order-related emails Review and process inventory pull sheets submitted by our service technicians and drivers Make sure requested materials are properly prepared, recorded, and accounted for Conduct weekly inventory counts of chemicals, production materials, machines, and equipment Maintain accurate inventory records in Sortly and Google Sheets Monitor inventory levels and help identify shortages or discrepancies Maintain accurate production batch and lot tracking records Receive and verify incoming sugar deliveries, including quantities and lot numbers Help keep chemical and production storage areas organized Perform inventory counts and record keeping for our Big Chill location as needed Communicate with production, service, and other team members through Slack and email Help with other inventory and production-related tasks as needed What We're Looking For Fluent/bilingual in English and Spanish — this is required Strong attention to detail, especially when working with quantities, inventory, and lot numbers Comfortable using computers, email, and spreadsheets Organized and able to keep up with several different responsibilities Dependable and consistent Comfortable communicating with different departments and personalities Willing to ask questions when something doesn't look right Able to work independently without needing someone to constantly follow up Previous inventory, warehouse, production, administrative, or order-processing experience is a plus Experience with Sortly is helpful but not required — we can teach you About Us Party Time Beverages is a locally owned, family-run company.
