Warehouse Inventory Specialist

The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the MOCO Boutique warehouse, including receiving incoming inventory, preparing customer orders, and ensuring packages are accurately and efficiently shipped. This role requires a dependable, detail-oriented team member who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and organization. Key duties and responsibilities include: Receiving, unloading, sorting, and organizing incoming merchandise and inventory; Preparing, picking, packing, and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently; Printing shipping labels and ensuring orders are properly packaged and ready for shipment; Inspecting incoming merchandise for accuracy, quality, and potential damage; Maintaining organized inventory and ensuring products are stored in the appropriate locations; Assisting with inventory counts, product movement, and general warehouse organization; Communicating with warehouse team members and management regarding inventory, orders, and shipping concerns; Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment; Following all company policies and procedures related to safety, inventory, shipping, and fulfillment; MOCO is a non-smoking facility Assisting with other warehouse duties as needed to support daily operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Candidates should be able to stand and walk for extended periods and regularly lift and move merchandise. Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
