ConfidentialWarehouse Inventory Specialist Job Type: Full-Time Department: Warehouse Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of forklift operation experience Location: Bloomington, IN Pay: $18-$22 (Based on Experience) Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Personnel team member to support daily warehouse and production operations. This position is responsible for safely operating a forklift, maintaining accurate inventory, handling incoming and outgoing freight, and ensuring production areas remain properly stocked with the materials needed to keep operations running efficiently. The ideal candidate is a team player who is safety-conscious, organized, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment. Minimum 2 years of forklift operating experience required. Maintain production materials and ensure production areas remain properly stocked. Deliver materials to production areas as needed to prevent delays or downtime. Receive, inspect, organize, and properly store incoming freight. Prepare, load, and coordinate outgoing freight and shipments. Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure stock is kept up to date. Monitor warehouse and production-floor inventory and communicate material shortages. Keep warehouse and production areas clean, organized, and safe. Properly identify, label, and store materials and products. Assist with loading and unloading trucks. Follow all company safety procedures and forklift operating guidelines. Work closely and communicate effectively with production, warehouse, shipping, and management teams. Perform other warehouse duties as needed to support daily operations. Qualifications At least 2 years of forklift operating experience. Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to safely operate a forklift in a busy warehouse and production environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required. Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team. Good communication skills.
