Warehouse & Inventory Specialist VIVE Create Future | San Diego, CA Full-time, on-site | $21–$24 per hour, depending on experience Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., including a 30-minute unpaid lunch VIVE creates sports apparel and team gear. We’re looking for a dependable, organized person to help keep our warehouse running smoothly—from receiving products to getting accurate, complete orders out the door. You’ll be a consistent presence in our warehouse, working closely with purchasing and operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in knowing where products belong, catching discrepancies, and following a job through to completion. What you’ll do Receive incoming products and verify quantities, sizes, and condition against purchase orders. Organize inventory in labeled locations and maintain accurate records using our RFID tracking system. Perform inventory counts, investigate discrepancies, and flag missing products promptly. Prepare customer orders and confirm that required products and instructions are complete before final packing. Learn to operate apparel decoration equipment and check finished products for accuracy and quality. Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment. Update order progress in Monday.com and communicate issues to purchasing and operations. Help establish clear warehouse procedures and train seasonal teammates. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow equipment and safety procedures. What we’re looking for Dependable attendance and availability for the regular daytime schedule. Strong attention to quantities, sizes, names, numbers, and order details. Ability to organize daily tasks, follow written instructions, and communicate clearly. Comfort using computers and learning inventory and order-management software. A practical approach to solving problems and following up on unfinished work. Experience in receiving, inventory control, fulfillment, or apparel production is preferred. Ability to perform essential warehouse duties, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.
