Warehouse Inventory Specialist (2+ yrs exp. & Forklift Cert. Required)

Inventory Specialist / Forklift Operator Filter King is growing fast, and we are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to support our production and warehouse operations. This is a hands-on position responsible for inventory accuracy, material movement, and ensuring production has the materials needed to keep running efficiently. Forklift experience is strongly preferred and candidates with forklift experience will be given priority. Job Summary The Inventory Specialist maintains accurate inventory, supports material flow to production, and keeps warehouse areas organized. This position also serves as a production runner , moving materials and supplies throughout the facility as needed. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory through daily and weekly cycle counts Update and track inventory using internal systems Move raw materials, supplies, and inventory throughout the warehouse Deliver materials to production lines as needed Operate a forklift to move materials when qualified and authorized Assist with receiving, stocking, labeling, and material organization Identify and report inventory discrepancies Support production to prevent material shortages Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse Qualifications — PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING Minimum 2 years of inventory experience — must be clearly shown on resume Forklift experience strongly preferred Strong computer skills required — Excel and/or inventory systems Experience with cycle counts and inventory tracking Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse/production environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Applicants without inventory experience clearly listed on their resume will not be considered.
