Warehouse & Inventory Operations Manager
Lavish InteriorsLavish Interiors | North Phoenix Full-Time | Onsite Lavish Interiors is an established luxury home staging and interior design company seeking a strong, hands-on Warehouse & Inventory Operations Manager to lead our Arizona warehouse operation. This is not a desk-only management role. We are looking for someone who can lead people, organize inventory, improve systems, hold vendors accountable, and work alongside the team when needed. What You’ll Own Lead daily warehouse operations, priorities and staff accountability. Manage warehouse and inventory team members. Own furniture inventory accuracy, transfers, locations and cycle counts in Fishbowl. Coordinate furniture pulls and returns for staging installations and move-outs. Investigate missing, damaged or incorrectly transferred inventory. Manage onsite expectations for our third-party moving company. Maintain an organized, safe and staging-ready warehouse. Oversee receiving, furniture condition, repairs and product readiness. Coordinate closely with designers regarding upcoming staging needs and inventory availability. Provide consistent daily/weekly reporting to our COO. This reflects the core responsibilities defined for the role in your organizational plan: onsite warehouse leadership, Fishbowl/inventory accountability, mover management, pulls/returns, warehouse organization and staff supervision. Who We’re Looking For You should have prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, furniture/home furnishings, retail distribution or a similar environment . The right person is: Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable managing and coaching employees Strong with inventory systems and process accountability Proactive and direct in communication Comfortable solving problems without waiting to be told what to do Willing to work on the warehouse floor when necessary Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment Experience with Fishbowl Inventory, furniture, home staging, moving/logistics or inventory audits is a plus. Reporting Structure Reports to: Chief Operating Officer Oversees: Warehouse/inventory staff and temporary labor as assigned Why Lavish Interiors?
