Warehouse Manager SCI Supply Inc. – Barrie, ON Full-time | On-site | $60,000 - $65,000 per year SCI Supply Inc. is a Canadian medical supply company looking for an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our Barrie warehouse team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Manager, Supervisor or senior warehouse professional who understands inventory control, knows how to lead people and takes pride in running an accurate, organized and efficient warehouse. What You'll Do Lead and supervise a team of three warehouse employees. Oversee daily receiving, put-away, picking, packing and shipping. Maintain a high level of inventory accuracy. Manage cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies. Ensure barcode scanners are used properly for receiving, inventory movements, picking and shipping. Train and coach warehouse employees and hold the team accountable for performance. Ensure customer orders are picked accurately and shipped on time. Maintain accurate bin locations and organized product storage. Identify opportunities to improve warehouse layout, workflow and productivity. Develop and maintain warehouse procedures and SOPs. Monitor warehouse performance and key metrics. Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse. Work closely with purchasing and customer service to resolve inventory and order issues. Work alongside the warehouse team when needed. What We're Looking For 5+ years of warehouse, distribution or inventory experience. Previous experience supervising or leading warehouse employees. Strong knowledge of inventory management and inventory control . Hands-on experience using barcode scanners in a warehouse environment . Experience with an ERP, WMS or inventory management system. Experience with cycle counts and investigating inventory discrepancies. Strong understanding of receiving, picking, packing and shipping processes. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Organized, dependable and comfortable making decisions independently. A leader who sets clear expectations, holds people accountable and leads by example. Experience with Odoo , medical supplies or regulated products is an asset but is not required. Who Will Succeed in This Role? We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their warehouse. You notice when inventory doesn't look right and investigate why. You care about accuracy. You make sure processes are followed. You coach your employees when something isn't being done properly, and you're willing to jump in and help the team when things get busy.
