J About the Role 2000 GOLD LLC is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented team member to coordinate warehouse receiving, inventory, and local deliveries. This role works closely with Purchasing and Project Managers to ensure electrical materials, tools, and equipment are accurately received, tracked, stored, and delivered to the correct project. Responsibilities Coordinate incoming deliveries with Purchasing and Project Managers. Verify received quantities against purchase orders and packing lists; visually inspect materials for damage or defects. Promptly report shortages, incorrect items, damage, and other discrepancies. Record materials received, issued, returned, transferred, and delivered. Maintain inventory records and conduct regular counts; investigate discrepancies and provide monthly updates. Unload, store, pull, and stage materials for project requests. Safely operate a forklift and pallet jack to move materials. Make local deliveries and pickups at jobsites, vendors, and suppliers. Drive a cargo van with a trailer or a 16-foot delivery truck; secure loads and obtain delivery confirmations. Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, report issues, and coordinate routine maintenance and repairs. Maintain vehicle and delivery records, including inspection logs, maintenance records, fuel receipts, and delivery documentation. Keep the warehouse, vehicles, and work areas clean, organized, and safe. Qualifications Valid driver’s license and safe driving record. Ability to drive a cargo van with a trailer and a 16-foot delivery truck. Current forklift operator certification required; ability to safely operate a pallet jack. Warehouse, inventory, delivery, or construction supply experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and inventory tracking tools. Able to coordinate effectively with Purchasing, Project Managers, vendors, and field teams. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and use equipment for heavier items.
