Position Summary The Warehouse Inventory Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving shipments, restocking inventory, processing and packing orders, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring orders are shipped in a timely and organized manner. This role works closely with team members, the procurement team, internal departments, and shipping providers to ensure inventory is properly received, stored, labeled, tracked, and distributed. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple warehouse tasks efficiently in a team environment. Key Responsibilities · Oversee and support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, inventory control, order processing, packing, and shipping. · Maintain accurate inventory records and update inventory systems or documentation as needed. · Receive incoming merchandise, supplies, and materials; verify quantities against bills of lading, purchase orders, packing slips, and other receiving documents. · Work with the procurement team to identify, receive, and track items needed for business operations. · Ensure products and supplies are properly labeled, organized, safely stored, and easily accessible. · Restock shelves and warehouse areas to ensure products are consistently available and properly distributed. · Prepare, package, and ship merchandise and supplies to internal locations, departments, customers, or shipping providers. · Configure, prepare, and quality-check client iPads, PCs and Cradle points according to company and client-specific requirements, ensuring devices are accurately set up, properly packaged, and shipped or delivered in a timely manner. · Provide tracking information, shipment details, and package content lists when required. · Ensure products are safely and securely packaged to prevent damage during handling or shipment. · Participate in scheduled inventory counts, cycle counts, and formal inventory audits. · Monitor inventory levels and communicate product placement, stock concerns, shortages, or overages to appropriate team members. · Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and efficient stockroom or warehouse environment. · Follow company safety procedures and maintain compliance with warehouse and inventory handling standards. · Support overall operational efficiency and contribute to the profitability of the business through timely and accurate inventory handling. · Any other responsibilities or tasks that management requests. Qualifications and Skills · Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, retail stockroom, or logistics experience preferred. · Strong organizational and time management skills. · High attention to detail and accuracy when counting, labeling, receiving, and documenting inventory. · Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. · Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal departments, procurement, and shipping partners. · Dependable, punctual, and able to follow established warehouse procedures. · Basic computer skills and ability to use inventory systems, spreadsheets, scanners, or shipping software. · Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Physical and Work Requirements · Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, and pull inventory throughout the workday. · Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation. · Comfortable working in a warehouse, stockroom, or operations environment. · Ability to safely use warehouse equipment such as carts, dollies, pallet jacks, scanners, or other material-handling tools as needed. · Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized, and …
