What You'll Do
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventory tracking
• Assemble products and replacement parts using hand and power tools
• Coordinate parcel and freight shipments
• Assist customers with order status, product questions, and replacement parts
• Prepare quotes and support order processing
• Utilize QuickBooks, Excel, and shipping software to maintain records
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What We're Looking For
• Experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, inventory control, manufacturing, or distribution
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to learn technical products and processes
• Comfortable using computers and business software
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
Additional Qualifications are a plus:
• Inventory management or ERP experience
• QuickBooks experience
• Forklift certification or experience
• Freight coordination and shipping systems (UPS, FedEx, LTL)
• Mechanical assembly or industrial product experience
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform material handling throughout the day
