d prepare reports for leadership. Partnering with receiving, shipping, and operations teams, you'll help prevent stockouts, reduce shrink, and uphold safety, quality, and FIFO standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
• Manage daily inventory counts and reconcile variances across warehouse locations
• Monitor stock levels to support order fulfillment and minimize stockouts or overages
• Use warehouse management and ERP systems to track inventory movements and adjustments
• Investigate discrepancies, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend process improvements
• Coordinate with receiving, shipping, and operations teams to ensure accurate data entry
• Prepare inventory reports, KPIs, and audit documentation for leadership review
• Support cycle counts, physical inventories, and compliance with company standards
• Maintain accurate item labeling, locations, and rotation (FIFO) for foodservice products
• Identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and assist with disposition decisions
• Follow safety, food handling, and quality procedures in a warehouse environment
