JBT MarelResponsibilitiesDetermine optimal stock levels, identifying potential shortages or overstocks, and recommending appropriate replenishment levels while adjusting as neededPerform MRP report to identify and suggest replenishment stock orders within ERP systemConduct daily bill of material planning reviews to initiate sourcing and purchasing requirementsResponsible for maintaining inventory part information within ERP systemWork closely with sales & operations to forecast and maintain appropriate equipment stock levelsImplementation and maintenance of key inventory planning metricsCollaborate with relevant departments to reduce excess and obsolete inventoryUtilizing data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in inventory management and demand planningGenerating regular reports on inventory levels, forecast accuracy, and other key performance indicatorsSupport company initiatives in safety, quality, and productivity goals and objectivesCompile inventory reports and issue them to management when requiredRequirements5+ years of warehouse inventory analysis management and analysis, or similar experienceStrong organizational skills with a demonstrated aptitude for maintaining inventory accuracyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWork Environment or Physical DemandsWork in a climate-controlled factoryStand continuously for long periods of timeWearing safety clothing and equipment is requiredAble to kneel, bend, crouch and climb ladders to access various parts of a machineAble to lift-up to 60IbsCommitment to DiversityDiversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging is a fundamental value to JBT Marel and critical to our future success.
