Warehouse / Inventory Control

Keep the field supplied. You will manage reorder levels across the parts catalogue, raise and receive purchase orders across multiple vendors, maintain bin locations and labeling, stage parts and equipment for the next day's install jobs, restock technician vans against their assigned parts lists, and run accuracy counts to keep the system honest. When a technician completes a call on the first visit because the part was on the van, that is this role working correctly. What we look for: Accuracy over speed, this is inventory control rather than high-volume picking Comfort working in inventory software daily Warehouse, inventory, parts counter, or logistics experience preferred, HVAC parts knowledge is taught Physical ability to lift and move equipment and materials Valid Nevada driver's license Ability to pass a background check Compensation: $18-$24/hr based on experience. This role is also one of the strongest on-ramps into the trade, since you handle every part in the catalogue and arrive at a field role already fluent in what things are and what they do.
