Job Title: Warehouse Inventory Clerk Division/Department: Fulfillment Reports to: Approved By: Viewed By: Human Resources Last Reviewed: Job Overview: The Inventory Clerk will be responsible for demonstrating proficiency in inventory control, professional communication and managing special projects. This employee will manage specific inventory maintenance reports as directed by the manager as well as assist in all administrative duties in the Inventory department. Essential Responsibilities: Analyze certain inventory reports and take proper action. Handling customer complaints of wrong items coming from different departments Manage the Jira program from the inventory department Data entry into Unix (Warehouse Management System) Operating cherry picker (PIT equipment) Additional Responsibilities: As assigned by the manager Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of receiving and shipping processes are a must. Strong attention to detail and be able to identify discrepancies. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to thrive in a challenging environment while motivating yourself and meeting deadlines. Preferred Education, Experience and Licenses: At least 12 months' experience operating Crown or Raymond cherry picker Physical Environment/Occupational Risks: Required Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8 a.m. – 4 p.m., Friday 7 a.m. – 3 p.m. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
