Corporate Website: www.karatpackaging.com Duties& Responsibilities: Maintain an orderly, safe working environment Receive shipments from returns Repack damages in our department following SOPs and guidelines Assist in RA process for returning product on the KP system used by the company Lift and move large boxes and pallets Support fulfillment team outbound shipping activities Perform cycle counts on a recurring basis Assist in locating products in facility for better fulfillment of orders Complete counts on specific items that are requested Maintain count records and data files Investigates origin of discrepancies between physical and system count Job Related & Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and/or pull 50 lbs without restriction Performs duties as instructed by management Ability and availability to work irregular or extended hours including weekends and potentially holidays as needed by the customer Must be able to stand and walk for continuous periods of time Will be required to operate a Cherry Picker. Experience, Education, and Training: At least 1-year experience in a similar position Computer applications experience using MS Office Excellent oral and written communications skills Excellent analytical and mathematical skills Excellent customer service skills Able to work independently High school education or equivalent Must be able to follow policies and safety procedures Schedule: Mon – Fri 8:00 AM – 5PM COMPENSATION: Up to $18.00 an hour DOE + Health/Dental/Vision benefits are available after passing a three-month probation period. 401(k) available after the first year.
