About the Role We’re hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Associate to help fulfill daily online orders and wholesale shipments from our Salt Lake City warehouse. You’ll prepare, pack, and ship orders; maintain accurate inventory records; and keep our workspace organized. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives on routine, works efficiently, and takes pride in getting the details right. What You’ll Do Pick, pack, and ship online customer orders and larger wholesale shipments accurately and on time Prepare products, packaging, shipping labels, and outgoing shipments Receive, inspect, count, and organize incoming inventory Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace and monitor packing supplies Assist with special projects, seasonal tasks, and process improvements as needed What We’re Looking For Dependable, punctual, organized, and attentive to detail Able to work independently, follow routines, and manage time efficiently Positive, proactive, teachable, and comfortable with repetitive hands-on work Comfortable using basic computer systems and learning new software Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for most of a shift Available during weekday daytime hours Nice to Have Experience with warehouse work, order fulfillment, shipping, or inventory Familiarity with Shopify, Faire, or shipping platforms is a plus! Interest in outdoor recreation, national parks, art, or growing small businesses Prior warehouse experience or a degree is not required. We’re happy to train someone who is reliable, accurate, and eager to learn! Location & On-Site Expectation This position is based at our Salt Lake City warehouse location. You’ll be expected to work on-site 2–3 times per week, depending on order volume and fulfillment needs. Flexible scheduling after training. Compensation & Hours $15–$17 per hour, depending on experience. The position is for 5-15 hours per week, varying with workload. Opportunity for more hours during busy seasons and potential growth into a Warehouse Lead role.
