Warehouse / Inventory Associate – Box Truck Driver

Southwood Doors is seeking a dependable, organized, and self-motivated Warehouse / Inventory Associate to join our team. This position involves managing and transporting inventory between warehouse locations, supporting production operations, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate can work independently, stay organized, and complete daily tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a company-owned 26-foot box truck to transport inventory between warehouse locations. Operate a forklift to load, unload, move, and organize materials. Pull, organize, and stage inventory and materials needed for production. Assist with routine inventory cycle counts and maintaining accurate inventory records. Load, unload, and move materials throughout warehouse and production areas. Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse work areas. Work independently while coordinating with inventory and production teams. Perform other warehouse and inventory-related duties as needed. Qualifications & Requirements Valid driver's license and clean driving record are required. Ability to safely operate a 26-foot box truck is required. Forklift operating experience and ability to safely operate a forklift are required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 40 lbs. Comfortable working in a warehouse and manufacturing/production environment. Dependable, punctual, and able to manage daily responsibilities efficiently. Previous warehouse, inventory, or material-handling experience preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Work Schedule Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Opportunities for overtime based on operational needs.
