Warehouse Inventory Associate

Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Job Description United Surface Solutions is a manufacturing company looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse Inventory Associate to help manage our parts and materials inventory. This is a hands-on position that involves receiving deliveries, stocking shelves, organizing parts, and keeping inventory records accurate. You'll work in both our warehouse and manufacturing shop, helping ensure our production team has the materials they need. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and willing to learn. Previous inventory experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided. Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against purchase orders and packing slips. Stock, label, and organize parts and materials in designated storage locations. Perform regular inventory counts and help maintain accurate stock levels. Update inventory records using our computer system. Identify and report missing, damaged, or incorrectly counted items. Help locate and prepare parts for the production team. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and inventory area. Assist with other general warehouse tasks as needed. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software. Ability to count accurately and perform basic math. Comfortable standing, walking, lifting, and working in a manufacturing shop environment. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience is a plus, but not required. What We Offer Consistent full-time weekday schedule.
