Warehouse & Inventory Associate

U.S. Energy Solutions is a licensed electrical, HVAC, generator, solar and battery contractor in Greenville serving SC, NC and GA. We need an organized, dependable person to run receiving and keep our crews stocked. This role reports to Don Redman / Operations and works closely with Purchasing. What you'll do - Receive supplier deliveries and check them against POs and packing slips - Report shortages and damage to Purchasing - Log stock in Zoho and keep counts accurate with cycle counts - Label and organize the warehouse - Stage and kit materials for each job for the techs' morning pickup; load vans - Handle supplier returns and occasional supply runs What you need - Reliable, organized, detail-minded - Basic computer and phone-app skills - Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse, with or without reasonable accommodation - Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record (for supply runs) - Plus: forklift/pallet jack experience and familiarity with electrical, HVAC or construction parts Schedule and timekeeping: Monday to Friday, day shift.
