Role and Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Inventory Associate, you will assist with daily fulfillment and warehouse activities by managing inventory, preparing customer orders, and supporting shipping operations. You will help maintain smooth warehouse workflows by following established procedures, ensuring product quality, and supporting a safe and organized work environment.
• Receive and organize incoming inventory by placing items in appropriate warehouse storage areas.
• Select, prepare, and package customer orders while following required shipping and quality guidelines.
• Operate warehouse equipment, scanning devices, and technology systems to complete assigned tasks.
• Inspect products to confirm item accuracy, condition, and proper packaging before shipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by following warehouse processes and inventory control procedures.
• Follow workplace safety standards and contribute to maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to accomplish daily fulfillment, shipping, and productivity goals.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Ability to complete physical warehouse tasks, including standing, walking, lifting, and moving materials during scheduled shifts.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow safety practices and operational procedures consistently.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume warehouse and fulfillment environment.
• Basic understanding of warehouse tools, barcode scanners, and technology-based operating systems.
• Ability to complete responsibilities independently while contributing positively within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment centers, logistics, distribution, or inventory management.
• Experience working with warehouse equipment and inventory tracking or management systems.
• Experience supporting customer-focused warehouse or operational activities.
