We specialize in returned, overstock, liquidation, and e-commerce merchandise, giving our customers access to a wide variety of products at competitive prices. We're looking for a dependable and organized Part-Time Warehouse Inventory Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on position with a consistent weekly workflow focused on organizing merchandise, taking product photos, preparing items for online auctions, and fulfilling customer pickup orders. The job follows a repeating weekly routine, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys staying active, keeping things organized, and working through a clear set of daily tasks. Once you learn our process, you'll follow an established workflow that helps keep inventory moving smoothly from arrival to auction listing to customer pickup. Key Responsibilities Receive, unload, and organize incoming merchandise and pallets. Sort and place merchandise in the appropriate warehouse locations. Prepare items for online auction listings. Take clear, accurate product photos. Record basic product information and identify any missing or damaged items. Set up and organize merchandise for auction displays. Pull, organize, and prepare customer pickup orders. Restock shelves and maintain accurate product placement. Assist with furniture assembly and general warehouse organization. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment when needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Use basic computer systems to enter and manage inventory information. Follow the established weekly workflow and communicate any issues to management. Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed. Qualifications Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Able to stay organized and follow established procedures. Comfortable performing routine tasks and maintaining a consistent workflow. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Previous warehouse, inventory, or photography experience is a plus but not required. Forklift experience is a plus. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and staying active throughout the shift. Ability to repeatedly lift and move packages weighing approximately 30–75 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday. Available to work weekdays, Monday through Friday, based on scheduling needs. Position Details Employment Type: Part-Time Hours: Approximately 20–25 hours per week. Schedule: Flexible weekday scheduling based on business needs. Weekends: Saturdays and Sundays off.
