We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and versatile Warehouse & Installation Support Floater to join our team in Foley, Alabama. This is a hands-on position that combines warehouse operations, property maintenance, and assistance with bathroom remodeling installations. Approximately 50% of the position will involve warehouse operations and property upkeep, while the remaining 50% will involve supporting our installation teams at customer job sites. Daily responsibilities may vary depending on operational and project needs. This is not a warehouse-only position . We need someone who enjoys staying busy, takes initiative, and is willing to step in wherever needed to help keep our operations running efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations & Property Maintenance (Approximately 50%) Receive and unload incoming delivery trucks. Inspect incoming products and materials for damage, accuracy, and completeness. Report damaged, missing, or incorrect products promptly. Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials. Organize and properly store products, tools, and supplies. Prepare and stage materials for upcoming installation projects. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. Assist with inventory organization and tracking. Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the warehouse property. Mow grass and maintain lawn areas as needed. Keep outdoor areas, parking areas, and surrounding grounds free of trash and debris. Perform routine outdoor cleanup and general property upkeep. Ensure materials and equipment stored outdoors remain organized. Identify and report property maintenance or safety concerns. Take initiative to maintain a clean, orderly, and professional-looking facility. Installation & Job-Site Support (Approximately 50%) Deliver products and materials to customer job sites as needed. Assist Lead Installers with demolition and removal of existing bathroom fixtures and materials. Help with installation-related tasks under the direction of experienced installers. Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials. Assist with job-site preparation, cleanup, and debris removal. Provide additional manpower on larger remodeling projects. Follow instructions and maintain a safe, professional work environment. Work alongside installation crews to help complete projects efficiently and on schedule. Qualifications & Requirements Forklift Certified, or willingness to learn Ability to lift and handle materials weighing 50 pounds or more, using assistance or equipment when appropriate. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Ability to arrive on time and prepared to work. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable performing physically demanding work, including outdoor work in varying weather conditions. Willingness to perform lawn care, grounds maintenance, and general property upkeep. Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed. Willingness to learn construction and bathroom remodeling skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Previous warehouse or construction experience is preferred.
