Warehouse Helper / Order Picker & Packer

About the Position We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Helper / Order Picker & Packer to join our team in GTA, Ontario. We are an established supplier of medical uniforms, health care, mobility and home health care products , serving customers across Canada and the United States. This is a hands-on warehouse position involving order picking, packing, receiving, shipping, inventory organization and general warehouse duties. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities Pick customer orders accurately using picking slips and/or barcode scanners. Pack and prepare customer orders for shipping. Verify product SKU, size, colour, quantity and other order details before packing. Receive incoming shipments and verify products and quantities. Label, organize and put away incoming inventory. Assist with loading and unloading incoming and outgoing shipments. Prepare cartons and shipments for courier and freight pickup. Assist with inventory counts and stock checks. Inspect products and report damaged, missing or incorrect merchandise. Safely lift, carry and move cartons and products weighing up to 50 lbs. Keep warehouse shelves, aisles, packing stations and work areas clean and organized. Use barcode scanners and basic inventory/warehouse systems. Assist other warehouse team members and perform additional warehouse duties as required. Products You Will Be Handling: Medical and professional uniforms(Scrub tops, Scrub pants, Lab Coats & Jackets) Health care and home medical products(Mobility, Daily Living, Bathroom Safety, and Other medical and health care supplies) Some products are lightweight apparel, while health care products may be packaged in larger or heavier cartons weighing up to 50 lbs. Qualifications & Physical Requirements Must have 1–2 years of previous warehouse, order picking, packing, shipping/receiving or inventory experience is preferred. Must have sufficient English speaking, reading, and writing skills. Experience using barcode/RF scanners is an asset. Able to read and accurately follow picking slips, SKUs and product information. Basic computer skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Able to stand and walk for extended periods during the workday. Able to regularly bend, reach, carry and perform repetitive warehouse tasks. Able to safely lift and move products and cartons weighing up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
