We proudly serve thousands of customers from our global headquarters in Vancouver, Washington and our new manufacturing factory in Houston, Texas. The Warehouse Helper is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing and warehouse facility while providing general assistance to warehouse and production personnel as needed. The primary focus of this position is facility cleanliness and general housekeeping, including cleaning work areas, emptying trash, maintaining restrooms and break areas, and keeping warehouse and production areas free of debris and clutter. This position may also assist with basic material movement, organization, and other general labor tasks. This is a full-time position located in Vancouver, Washington. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Sweep, mop, and clean warehouse, production, office, and common areas. Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the facility. Clean and maintain restrooms, break rooms, and other employee common areas. Restock paper products, soap, cleaning supplies, and other facility consumables. Clean up spills, dirt, debris, and other materials from floors and work areas. Keep aisles, walkways, entrances, and exits clean and free of obstructions. Collect and dispose of scrap, packaging materials, pallets, and general waste in designated locations. Assist with maintaining outdoor areas around the facility, including picking up trash and debris. Perform routine cleaning of doors, windows, walls, work surfaces, and other facility areas as needed. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies and notify the appropriate person when supplies need to be reordered. Assist with basic organization of warehouse and storage areas. Move boxes, supplies, parts, and other materials using carts or pallet jacks as needed. Assist warehouse and production employees with general labor and cleanup activities. Help prepare work areas for production activities and clean areas following completion of work. Identify and report facility maintenance issues, safety hazards, leaks, damaged equipment, or other concerns. Follow company safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE). Perform other general facility, warehouse, and manufacturing support duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous janitorial, custodial, warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks without constant supervision. Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Attention to cleanliness, organization, and workplace safety. Willingness to perform a variety of cleaning and general labor tasks. Basic ability to use common cleaning equipment, hand tools, carts, and pallet jacks. Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor areas as required. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment where noise, dust, dirt, temperature changes, and moving equipment may be present.
