Blueprint StudiosJOB SUMMARY: Overall Summary of Function The Warehouse Generalist / V-series performs Quality Control activities of items in inventory, utilizing general maintenance skills. Must have a keen sense for detail, work to have a full understanding of all company inventory and constantly strive for accuracy, quality, and distinction. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: At Minimum Duties & Responsibilities Prepare, stock, and pull all V-Series/Audio Visual components required for events in accordance with company standards. Review tech drawings and ensure all hardware is available and accurately accounted for. Verify that substrates are fitted properly to structures and resolve any discrepancies noted on tech drawings. Coordinate with Audio Visual Generalist to procure lighting components necessary for completing structures based on PW call outs. Prepare V Series frames for specialty substrates. Organize and tear down structures, accessories, frames, lighting components, and substrates in an orderly manner. Create an outgoing order manifest and print two copies of all Tech Drawings for the Field Operations team. Securely palletize all products and label them with the relevant order number. Wrap and unwrap items for quality inspection and promptly report any quality concerns to the Department Lead, Supervisor, or Manager. Maintain a clean and orderly department work area and follow established procedures and best practices while operating company-approved tools and equipment. Complete assigned tasks promptly and provide quick solutions to daily functions. Be flexible and willing to switch tasks and jobs to cover the absence of team members or to help other groups or departments when necessary. Report any safety hazards or concerns promptly to the Department Lead or Supervisor. Perform any additional duties as required by the job. Possess the ability to go on-site and work directly with the field operations team, either assisting in structure assembly or providing instructions on how structures should be built. Be available and willing to travel for business purposes as required for events or other operational needs QUALIFICATIONS: At Minimum Training, Education & Experience GED or High School Diploma Minimum one (1) year of warehouse experience Must be organized, detail oriented and team driven Must be flexible and adaptable to constant change Possess a valid driver’s license Must be a team player Bilingual in Spanish is preferred PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Work Environment/ Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to heavy. The temperature will vary from hot to cold depending on the weather and/or inside temperature controls. The ability to use a ladder properly.
