Warehouse General Manager — 3PL Fulfillment Center, Sylmar, CA About us Fulfillment-Box is a growing 3PL network with warehouses across the U.S., Canada and Europe. Our Sylmar facility handles e-commerce orders for brands selling on Amazon FBA, major retail chains and direct-to-consumer. We are looking for a strong General Manager to lead the entire site. The role You will own the Sylmar warehouse: two operational departments, two department managers reporting to you, and a team of around 40 associates. You set the standard, hold people to it, and make the calls when things get hard. What you'll do Lead both departments and their managers; set priorities and hold them accountable Own hiring, discipline and terminations for the site, working with HR Keep the floor running: staffing, task assignment, hitting daily volume on time Handle surges on the fly: when inbound containers pile up, you find extra labor, free up space, re-slot inventory and keep orders moving Own site numbers: units per labor hour, cost per unit, order accuracy, turnover Run safety, housekeeping and site-wide standards Report to ownership weekly with clear numbers What we're looking for 5+ years in warehouse management, including leading managers or supervisors 3PL, e-commerce fulfillment, Amazon FBA or retail compliance experience Experience with written corrective action, up to termination Comfortable with metrics, not just people Fast, independent decision-maker who solves problems with what's available, without waiting for instructions WMS experience Fluent English Russian language is a strong plus — a significant part of our floor team speaks Russian This role isn't for you if you prefer to handle performance issues only through informal conversations. We need someone who documents, follows through, and holds the line.
