Starting Salary: $75,000 Annually Compensation Review: Upon successful completion of the probationary period, salary will be reassessed based on performance, experience, and overall fit for the position. Training: Must be willing to train out of our HQ facility in DFW, TX for approximately 3-4 months. THE OPPORTUNITY Are you an experienced logistics leader with a strong background in air freight, freight forwarding, and regulatory compliance? Hotline Delivery Systems is looking for a hands-on General Manager to oversee, lead, and grow our air freight operations. The ideal candidate understands the complexities of domestic and international freight forwarding, TSA security requirements, U.S. Customs processes, warehouse storage, and distribution management. We are looking for a strategic, results-driven leader who can manage daily operations, develop a strong team, build customer relationships, and drive operational efficiency and profitability. WHAT YOU'LL DO Oversee all daily air freight and logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and on-time performance. Manage domestic and international freight forwarding operations. Oversee TSA compliance, cargo security programs, and regulatory requirements. Manage U.S. Customs processes, documentation, and coordination with customs brokers. Direct warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and freight storage. Develop and implement operational procedures to improve productivity and profitability. Lead, coach, and develop management and operational teams. Monitor budgets, operating expenses, revenue, and overall financial performance. Establish and maintain relationships with airlines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, vendors, and customers. Ensure compliance with applicable TSA, CBP, DOT, and other regulatory requirements. Identify opportunities for business growth, process improvements, and expanded customer services. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and hold departments accountable for results. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Proven experience in air freight, freight forwarding, and logistics management. Strong knowledge of TSA regulations and air cargo security requirements. Experience with U.S. Customs procedures and international shipping documentation. Background managing warehouse storage, inventory, and distribution operations. Previous experience managing multiple departments and leading teams. Strong understanding of transportation and logistics financials, budgets, and profitability. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to make strategic decisions while remaining hands-on with daily operations. Experience with logistics software, warehouse management systems (WMS), and transportation management systems (TMS).
