Role Description The Warehouse General Labor role at OnStartHR is a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater Phoenix Area. In this role, you will assist with daily warehouse operations, including loading and unloading materials, sorting and organizing inventory, and preparing orders for shipment. You will be expected to safely operate basic warehouse equipment, follow established procedures, and maintain a clean and orderly work environment. Responsibilities also include checking products for damage, labeling and packing items, and supporting team members to meet productivity and accuracy goals. This position requires consistent attendance, adherence to safety guidelines, and the ability to perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Qualifications Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, standing, and walking for extended periods. Basic understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory handling, order picking, and packaging. Commitment to workplace safety, including following instructions, using equipment properly, and wearing required protective gear. Strong reliability and time management, with the ability to follow schedules, meet deadlines, and work as part of a team. Effective communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior warehouse or general labor experience is a plus but not required. Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks and tools used in a warehouse environment.
