Warehouse Fulfillment Supervisor - Lil Sweet Treat

Fulfillment Supervisor Lil Sweet Treat is a globally sourced premium pick-and-mix candy boutique with stores across New York, Washington DC, Boston, Philadelphia, Chicago, San Francisco and Los Angeles. We run our own warehouses in Brooklyn and Los Angeles on LST WMS, integrated with NetSuite. We're seeking a Fulfillment Supervisor to run the daily e-commerce and event order fulfillment floor at our Brooklyn Navy Yard warehouse. You'll direct the Fulfillment Associates, hit same-day ship cutoffs, and keep the queue moving. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Key Responsibilities Floor Leadership Direct a team of 4 Fulfillment Associates: assign pick, pack and ship work and event-order prep across the shift Run morning and midday floor checks and escalate equipment, staffing or order issues Pull in PPS associates during e-commerce peaks, and send Fulfillment associates to help PPS during store-order peaks Order Execution Hit the daily carrier cutoff for e-commerce orders and meet event-order ship dates Mark every order fulfilled and shipped in NetSuite at the moment of pack, never in a batch at the end of the day Labor and Reporting Track the daily labor standard (orders packed per associate-hour) and flag misses Submit all overtime for pre-approval before it is worked Qualifications 1+ years supervising a pick, pack and ship or fulfillment team Comfortable directing 3 to 5 people on a live floor Working knowledge of an ERP or WMS order-fulfillment flow Experience with NetSuite a plus Benefits Performance-based incentives Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
