Ten by ThreeWarehouse & Fulfillment Specialist Ten by Three® | St. Louis, MO 63110 (near Forest Park) Pay: $18.00/hr, depending on experience | Full-time | Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Ship products that change lives. As our Warehouse & Fulfillment Specialist, you’ll handle artisan-made products every day, and every order you pack helps a family move out of poverty. A schedule you can count on Daytime hours only, with no late shifts. You’ll work a predictable Tuesday–Saturday schedule, so you can plan your life. What You’ll Do Pick, pack and ship orders accurately and on time Receive, count and organize inventory from container shipments Schedule outgoing shipments with FedEx and other carriers Prepare products for sale (dipping, finishing, tagging) Work alongside volunteers and help guide them in warehouse tasks Keep the warehouse clean, organized and safe Operate pallet jacks and dollies (forklift experience a plus) Occasionally cover extra shifts during busy seasons What We’re Looking For Dependability: you show up on time, work your full scheduled shift, and talk to your supervisor before leaving early A positive, team-first attitude, including with volunteers and changing assignments Close attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand 6–8 hours a day Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel) A heart for helping others and for mission-driven work Perks & Benefits Employer-paid portion of health insurance Dental and vision available Life insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Paid time off and holidays Employee discounts Bright, climate-controlled warehouse steps from Forest Park Work that changes lives around the world Apply Today If you want a warehouse job with purpose, apply now.
