Warehouse & Fulfillment Specialist

BONVU.com is an international logistics and parcel forwarding company connecting the USA with customers around the world. At our warehouse in Buda, Texas , we receive, store, consolidate, repack and ship products for customers in the US and internationally. For our growing fulfillment business, we are looking for a reliable and hands-on Warehouse & Fulfillment Specialist who will take responsibility for the day-to-day handling of our fulfillment customers and their shipments. Your Responsibilities Manage the daily warehouse operations for our fulfillment customers Receive and inspect incoming goods and shipments Check quantities, condition and customer information Store products accurately and maintain organized inventory Pick and prepare orders for shipment Repack and consolidate shipments according to customer requirements Select appropriate packaging materials and ensure secure packaging Prepare shipments for carriers such as UPS, FedEx and DHL Create shipping labels and ensure shipments are processed correctly and on time Handle returns, exceptions and damaged shipments Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records Communicate with customers and the BONVU.com team regarding fulfillment orders Identify and resolve operational issues independently Keep the warehouse clean, organized and safe Support continuous improvement of warehouse and fulfillment processes What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, logistics or shipping environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable, responsible and able to work independently Good physical condition and willingness to perform hands-on warehouse work Comfortable working with computers and warehouse/shipping software Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills Experience with UPS, FedEx or other shipping carriers is a plus Forklift experience/certification is a plus Experience with e-commerce fulfillment is a strong plus What You Can Expect A responsible position in a growing international logistics company Direct responsibility for our fulfillment customers and their shipments A varied combination of warehouse, fulfillment and customer service activities A modern and growing warehouse operation in Buda, Texas Short decision-making processes and direct communication with management Opportunity to help build and improve our fulfillment operations Stable, long-term employment opportunity About BONVU.com BONVU.com helps customers and businesses purchase, consolidate, store and ship products internationally.
