Warehouse & Fulfillment Specialist

Job Summary We’re looking for a Warehouse & Fulfillment Specialist to help receive, organize, and ship agricultural drones, parts, batteries, and accessories. You’ll work closely with the Warehouse & Fulfillment Lead to make sure orders are accurate and ready on time. Responsibilities Pick, check, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Receive incoming products, inspect them for damage, and put them away in the correct locations. Help maintain accurate inventory counts and record serial numbers when required. Prepare shipping labels and paperwork, and help coordinate pickups and deliveries. Pull parts and equipment requested by the sales and service teams. Report missing items, damaged products, and order discrepancies to the Warehouse & Fulfillment Lead. Following required training, follow company procedures for handling and shipping batteries and other regulated items. Keep warehouse shelves, work areas, and supplies clean and organized. Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse projects. Operate a skid loader to load and unload shipments. Must be 18 years of age or older and complete company-required training before independently operating the skid loader. Perform additional duties as assigned. Experience Ability to work independently, follow through on assigned tasks, and ask questions when needed. Strong attention to detail and a dependable, team-oriented approach. Ability to stay organized while handling multiple orders and priorities. Comfort using a computer and learning inventory and shipping systems. Ability to perform the physical duties of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday. Ability to regularly bend, stoop, reach, squat, push, and pull while receiving, organizing, and preparing products for shipment. Ability to safely load, unload, move, and handle products and equipment using appropriate equipment and assistance when necessary.
