Operating multiple brands, including EZMERCH.SHOP, Saturday Standard, EZCAMPER.SHOP, and Chapter312, we collaborate with a diverse range of clients such as businesses, sports organizations, colleges, camps, bars and restaurants, Greek organizations, and other groups to create custom merchandise and online stores. As our order volume continues to increase, we are seeking a dependable and organized Warehouse Fulfillment Manager to oversee our fulfillment operations. This hands-on role is vital to ensuring efficient processing of customer orders while maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety. Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations related to order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and shipping processes. Manage and coordinate a team of warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order processing. Implement and maintain efficient workflows to optimize productivity and reduce errors in order fulfillment. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement or inventory teams to ensure stock accuracy. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) or other software tools to track orders and inventory status. Troubleshoot operational issues promptly to minimize delays or inaccuracies in order processing. Collaborate with other departments such as customer service and shipping carriers to ensure smooth operations. Train new team members on warehouse procedures and safety protocols. Continuously evaluate operational performance and identify opportunities for process improvements. Qualifications Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Leadership qualities with experience supervising or managing a team. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work hands-on in a physically active environment while maintaining safety standards. Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and other departments. Dependability with a proactive approach to managing daily operations. Pay: From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
