About the Company We operate two businesses from the same warehouse: an ecommerce/wholesale dice business and a growing 3PL fulfillment business. You will be trained on both businesses and assist with shipping, customer service, inventory, warehouse duties, and managing staff. We are looking for a serious, hands-on supervisor who can personally work fast, accurately, and efficiently while also making sure the rest of the shipping team does the same. This is not a desk only management role. You will be actively picking, packing, assembling, organizing, shipping, and leading the team on the warehouse floor. You will be responsible for managing 2-4 people. Position Summary The Warehouse Fulfillment lead is responsible for making sure daily shipping work gets completed accurately, quickly, and on schedule. This person will lead by example, personally fulfill orders, manage shipping staff, monitoring pace, enforcing daily quotas, and preventing the warehouse from falling behind. The right person for this role is focused, disciplined, dependable, and comfortable holding others accountable. You should be comfortable managing people in a production style environment where speed, accuracy, and daily output matter. Main Responsibilities Pick and pack ecommerce, wholesale, and 3PL orders quickly and accurately. Maintain daily shipping quotas and make sure the team stays on pace. Supervise shipping staff during the workday. Keep employees focused on work and limit distractions that slow down shipping. Monitor productivity throughout the day and correct problems before the team falls behind. Train new shipping staff on picking, packing, accuracy, speed, and warehouse procedures. Customer service (email/phone), reships etc. Open and close the warehouse/facility as needed. Create staff schedules when necessary. Hiring, Training, Firing. Work overtime, longer days, or weekends when needed. Help with receiving, sorting, stocking, inventory counting, palletizing, and organizing. Make sure orders are shipped correctly and handed off to carriers on time. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient. Report inventory issues, shipping delays, employee problems, and operational concerns to management. A successful person in this role will: Lead by example. Step in wherever needed instead of saying “that’s not my job.” Focus on efficiency and improving operations. Hit daily order quotas. Reduce the need for owner involvement in daily shipping. Required Qualifications Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, ecommerce, or pick/pack experience. Previous experience managing, supervising, or leading employees. Ability to manage people firmly and professionally. Comfortable enforcing rules, quotas, and performance expectations. Strong attention to detail. Able to stand and walk for most of the day. Able to lift 30–50 lbs as needed. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work overtime or weekends when needed. Helpful Qualifications Experience with wholesale businesses. Experience using WMS, Shopify, ShipStation, Etsy, WooCommerce, or similar software. Experience using pallet jacks, pallet stackers, or forklifts. Interest in dice, board games, and tabletop games.
