Deliver Excellence. Tag Systems USA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Fulfillment Lead to oversee daily fulfillment, packaging, and shipping operations at our Eatontown facility. In this role, you'll lead a team, coordinate production workflow, ensure quality standards are met, and help drive operational success in a secure manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and support fulfillment team members throughout the shift Coordinate daily packaging, fulfillment, and shipping operations Assign work based on priorities, deadlines, and staffing levels Monitor workflow and adjust resources to maintain productivity Ensure all orders are completed accurately and on schedule Perform quality checks throughout the production process Verify packaging requirements, inserts, labeling, and shipping specifications Confirm carrier requirements for FedEx, DHL, and other approved shipping providers Stage, organize, and distribute incoming work from production departments Maintain accurate production records and status updates Monitor packaging material inventory and communicate supply needs Partner with Production, Quality Control, and Operations teams to resolve issues Promote workplace safety, organization, and compliance with company procedures Coach team members and help foster a positive, productive work environment Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED Bilingual English and Spanish Strong communication and leadership skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Strong attention to detail and quality standards Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred Previous experience as a Warehouse Lead, Fulfillment Lead, Production Lead, Shipping Lead, Distribution Lead, or Warehouse Supervisor Experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, manufacturing, packaging, mailing, printing, logistics, or production environments Experience training, coaching, and developing employees Join a Team That Values Quality and Leadership If you're a hands-on leader who enjoys supporting team success, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional quality, apply today to become a Warehouse Fulfillment Lead with Tag Systems USA.
