Warehouse & Fulfillment Coordinator

Position Summary The Warehouse Picker/Packer & Tracking Specialist is responsible for accurately picking, packing, labeling, and shipping customer orders while maintaining shipment tracking records and ensuring timely delivery. This role supports warehouse operations by managing inventory, processing shipments, and providing tracking information for orders. Key Responsibilities Pick products accurately from warehouse inventory according to order requirements. Pack orders securely to prevent damage during transit. Verify product quantities, item numbers, and order accuracy before shipment. Prepare shipping labels and required documentation. Process shipments through carriers such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, and LTL freight providers. Monitor and track outgoing shipments to ensure on-time delivery. Provide tracking information to customers, sales teams, and management. Investigate delayed, lost, or damaged shipments and coordinate resolutions with carriers. Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory. Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records. Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits. Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified). Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience preferred. Experience with shipping software and tracking systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory management systems. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
