About Hobby Box LLC Hobby Box LLC is a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in sports cards, trading cards, collectibles, autographed memorabilia, team sportswear, and athlete apparel. We sell across major platforms, including TikTok Shop, eBay, Whatnot, and Fanatics Live, and are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing warehouse team. Job Summary The Warehouse Fulfillment Associate is responsible for processing customer orders from start to finish, including picking products, verifying order accuracy, packing merchandise, preparing shipping labels, and organizing outgoing shipments. This role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Pick and retrieve products from warehouse inventory according to customer orders. Accurately verify items, quantities, and order details before fulfillment. Pack and prepare orders for shipment using appropriate packaging materials. Print shipping labels and organize packages for carrier pickup. Handle sports cards, collectibles, autographed memorabilia, and apparel with care. Receive, sort, label, and organize incoming inventory. Identify and report missing, damaged, or incorrect merchandise. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Meet daily order fulfillment goals and shipping deadlines. Follow company procedures to minimize picking, packing, and shipping errors. Assist with loading and unloading of mail trucks. Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn warehouse and shipping systems. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift packages as required. Previous warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, or shipping experience is preferred but not required.
