Warehouse Fulfillment Associate

We're a small team with no corporate red tape. Everyone plays a real role in getting customers their rings quickly and accurately. We're growing and looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our warehouse team full-time. Why You'll Like Working Here $21.50/hour Full-time, fairly consistent schedule: [shift hours], 5 days a week Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid sick leave Paid training, so no warehouse experience is needed Catered team lunch every week Casual dress code, team outings, and happy hours Employee discount Room to grow as the company grows What You'll Do Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately Double-check every order before it ships Receive incoming inventory and put away new products Help with inventory counts, audits, and restocking Keep inventory locations organized and easy to find Drive the company cargo van for scheduled USPS and carrier pickups and drop-offs Keep the warehouse, stockroom, and office clean and safe Help with other warehouse and operations projects as needed What We're Looking For Warehouse, fulfillment, retail, or eCommerce experience is a plus but not required Strong attention to detail. Accuracy matters more than speed. Comfortable using a computer and learning new software Reliable, on time, and available to work weekends A positive attitude and willingness to learn Required: valid driver's license and clean driving record Physical Requirements Stand and walk for most of the shift Lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs Bend, reach, push, and pull throughout the day How to Apply Apply with your resume.
