We are a Made-in-USA apparel factory and 3PL warehouse. We're looking for a warehouse associate to join our fulfillment team, picking and packing both direct-to-consumer and B2B orders.

• Must be able to push/pull/lift up to 75 lbs
• Must be able to operate a pallet jack (manual and electric)
• Must be able to operate with scanners and within a WMS on the computer
• Must be able to communicate with managers and customers
What you'll be doing:
• Picking and packing DTC and B2B orders according to strict packing and routing guides
• Working within WMS, EDI, and email platforms to manage orders
• General warehouse upkeep and maintenance
• Meeting daily deadlines while staying accurate and thorough
• Communicating clearly and professionally with clients and managers directly
Who we're looking for:
Someone reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You should be able to follow specific procedures exactly (routing guides matter a lot here) and speak up when something doesn't look right. Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience is a plus but not required if you're a fast learner. We need a natural born professional who is looking to grow, not someone who jumps from warehouse to warehouse.
