Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on role that supports daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, packaging, and the production of custom-sized air filters. This position plays a key part in ensuring orders are prepared accurately, handled with care, and delivered on time to our customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to stay organized, and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks throughout the day, from working in the warehouse. A positive attitude and team-first mindset are essential to help maintain efficiency and provide a high level of service. Key Responsibilities: Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently Cut and assemble custom-sized filters based on order specifications Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse Assist with inventory management, stocking, and cycle counts Load and unload shipments Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications: Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or delivery experience preferred, but not required Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly Comfortable using basic tools and measuring equipment Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and customer service skills Work Environment: Warehouse setting with physical activity throughout the shift Combination of indoor warehouse work and Southern California delivery driving Hands-on work including cutting and assembling materials Schedule: Full-time, with potential for overtime based on workload Growth Opportunities: Opportunity to expand into delivery responsibilities in addition to warehouse role Pay: $21.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
